A: If you are not able to pay in full we offer a 50% deposit to start and then the balance, plus shipping, when your order is complete. Please contact us for more information. You may also select PayPal Credit or pay with a credit during checkout.
Q: Can I get a different speaker or speaker combination than what is listed?
A: Yes, Almost any CERAMIC speaker from Ted Weber or Eminence can be added to your cabinet. If you have a specific speaker selection in mind, other than what is listed, please contact us. ALNICO and NEODYMIUM speakers can also be added for an extra charge.
Q: What is the difference between wood slats and rubber feet?
A: Wood slats are used on the bottom cabinet in a stack by default, they can also be used on a stand alone cabinet. Rubber feet are used on the top cabinet in a stack by default, they can also be used on a stand alone cabinet
Q: What is you turn-around time?
A: All products are made-to-order. Please allow 12 - 14 weeks for your order to be crafted. It can be more or less time depending on our order volume. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have questions about an existing order please contact us.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: We use UPS for most of our cabinets and USPS for smaller items. Some of our cabinets weigh over 150 lbs. when packaged, which is the max weight for UPS ground. These items will need to be shipped via a freight service. Cabinets that require freight shipping will have a note in the description, please contact us BEFORE purchasing.
Orders containing multiple cabinets can usually be shipped at a lower cost via freight to a COMMERCIAL address. Freight shipments can also be sent to a RESIDENTIAL address for an extra fee. if you feel this applies to you, please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE purchasing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we use DHL for most international shipments. Please note that any taxes, tariffs, landing costs, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: What if I received my cabinet, but it was damaged during shipping, or my package has been lost during shipping?
A: Unfortunately, damage/loss does occasionally occur during the shipping process. All packages are shipped with Declared Value and Signature Required. If you received your cabinet and it has been damaged or your package has been lost please contact the shipper (UPS, DHL, etc.) IMMEDIATELY to open a case. We are not liable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Q: What is your Warranty/Return policy?
A: Cabinets and Amplifiers are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include speakers or tubes, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. Modifying a product in any way voids the warranty. Warranty related shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products are non-returnable/refundable unless a mistake was made on our end, in which case you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report the mistake to us.
Q: Can I cancel my order after the building process has begun?
A: All cabinet and amplifier orders canceled after they have been placed are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All cabinet and amplifier orders canceled after stains and coatings have been applied are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This is to cover any costs for time and materials associated with your order, NO EXCEPTIONS! (total price, excluding shipping).
Q: Do you offer Artist discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for touring bands / recording studios / engineers, etc. Please contact us with your info.
Q: What is Back-order?
A: Occasionally, an item may be on back-order from one of our suppliers (such as speakers or grill cloth). If your purchase contains a back-ordered item, you will be contacted via email with the option to amend your order or wait for the item to come in.
