Q: What materials are your cabinets constructed with?
A: Our cabinets are crafted from premium grade Baltic birch plywood and poplar hardwood.
Q: What type of joint do you use?
A: Full-through dovetail
Q: Do you make custom cases for amps, guitars, cabinets, etc?
Q: Do you make customs enclosures for rehousing amplifiers?
Q: Do you offer a payment plan/layaway?
A: If you are not able to pay in full we offer a 50% deposit to start and then the balance, plus shipping, when your order is complete. Please contact us for more information. You may also select PayPal Credit, Shop Pay, or pay with a credit during checkout.
Q: Can I get a different speaker or speaker combination than what is listed?
A: Yes, Almost any CERAMIC speaker from Celestion or Eminence can be added to your cabinet. If you have a specific speaker selection in mind, other than what is listed, please contact us. ALNICO and NEODYMIUM speakers can also be added for an extra charge.
Q: What is you turn-around time?
A: All products are made-to-order. Please allow 12 - 16 weeks for your order to be crafted. It can be more or less time depending on our order volume. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have questions about an existing order please contact us.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: We use UPS for most of our cabinets and USPS for smaller items.
Orders containing multiple cabinets can usually be shipped at a lower cost via freight to a COMMERCIAL address. Freight shipments can also be sent to a RESIDENTIAL address for an extra fee. if you feel this applies to you, please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE purchasing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we use UPS for most international shipments. If you are outside of the U.S. 48 states, send us an email with your city, postal code and the product you are interested in to: email@example.com. Please note that any taxes, tariffs, landing costs, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: What if I received my cabinet, but it was damaged during shipping, or my package has been lost during shipping?
A: Unfortunately, damage/loss does occasionally occur during the shipping process. All packages are shipped with Declared Value and Signature Required. If you received your cabinet and it has been damaged or your package has been lost please contact the shipper (UPS, DHL, etc.) IMMEDIATELY to open a case. We are not liable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Q: What is your Warranty/Return policy?
A: Cabinets and Amplifiers are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable. For unloaded cabinets, the warranty does not cover any damage that occurs as a result of improperly installed speakers, professional installation is recommended. Modifying a product in any way voids the warranty. Warranty related shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products are non-returnable or refundable unless a mistake was made on our end, in which case you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report the mistake to us. All sales on In Stock products are final, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be excepted or given.
Q: Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: All cabinet and amplifier orders canceled after they have been placed are subject to a 50% cancelation fee. This is to cover any costs for time and materials associated with your order, NO EXCEPTIONS! (total price, excluding shipping). Fees for special order items such as speakers or grill cloth that we do not carry are also non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS! If stains and coatings have been applied to your cabinet and/or amplifier, your order CANNOT BE CANCELED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Q: Do you offer Artist discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for touring bands / recording studios / engineers, etc. Please contact us with your info.
Q: What is Back-order?
A: Occasionally, an item may be on back-order from one of our suppliers (such as speakers or grill cloth). If your purchase contains a back-ordered item, you will be contacted via email with the option to amend your order or wait for the item to come in.
